From the moment I stepped into my first leadership role, I sensed that something essential was missing in the way we lead. I spent decades navigating high-stakes environments, leading global teams, and driving innovation in male-dominated industries. But beneath the titles and metrics, I was quietly asking: Where is the soul in leadership?
That question became my compass.
Over the years, I learned that true leadership isn’t about control, performance, or perfection. It’s about presence. It’s when the mind meets the heart. When structure dances with intuition. When results are guided by meaning, not just metrics.
Today’s leadership still runs on effort, hierarchy, and surface-level success. But the world is changing. And it’s asking for something deeper.
Authentique Leadership exists to answer that call.

THE FOUNDER
Anna is a seasoned executive, leadership expert, and change-maker with a PhD in chemical reaction engineering and decades of experience at the forefront of global innovation. Her career spans from Project Manager to Vice President, leading international R&D teams through electrification, digital transformation, and organizational reinvention.
But her true leadership journey began long before the titles. As a woman navigating male-dominated industries, Anna learned to lead not by conforming — but by staying rooted in authenticity, resilience, and emotional clarity. She has built leadership teams from scratch, guided global restructurings, and made tough decisions with compassion and conviction.
Through Authentique Leadership, Anna now empowers others to do the same. Her approach blends strategic insight with soulful presence, helping leaders evolve from the inside out. She doesn’t just teach leadership — she embodies it.
